Our vision, core values, partnership and quality philosophies, and quality policy are the core on which our quality management system (QMS) is built. Our 1000+ team uses more than 1000 SOPs in their day to day functions to ensure customer requirements are met.

VIMTA is the first third party testing lab in India to embrace a formal Quality Management System. Our QMS evolved from being an ISO driven system in early 1990s to now an amalgamation of GXPs (cGMP, GLP, GCP) and ISO systems (ISO 17025, ISO 15189, ISO 9001). The key elements of our QMS include:

We truly believe that a strong QMS is essential to help us continuously improve reliability of our processes, efficiencies and knowledge management, and also in the ethical conduct of our business. We consider continuous improvement a competitive advantage, and ethics, a minimum basic human trait.

Compliance is a life style at VIMTA, not because we are audited by more than a 100 sponsors and multiple regulatory bodies each year, but because that’s the right way to do things.
