Vimta has established a strong, dedicated Quality Assurance department backed by professionals from different disciplines. The Quality Assurance department reports directly to the Director – Quality, who is a member of the board.
Functions of quality assurance team
- Implementation of quality systems in accordance with cGMP, GLP & GCP, ISO/IEC-17025, 15189
- On-line verification of data
- Routine process audits
- Internal audits
- Internal quality checks
- Participation in Proficiency testing programs
- Redressal of customer complaints and feedback
- Training of staff on quality Systems
