Silver Service

Processed cRNA/Labeled DNA to data collectio

Hybridisation, washing, staining and scanning of your cRNA/Labled DNA prep. Data available for analysis within 1-2 weeks.

Scanning Service

Scanning service is available for your pre-hybridized chips using Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G. Depending on the number of samples, data can be available for analysis within a day or two

The analysis will be undertaken for microarray studies in genotyping and gene expressions. VIMTA employs the latest tools in the following areas:
