Submission guideline

Requirements will vary depending on the type of GeneChip® you are interested in. Please contact us for detailed sample submission guidelines.

For Platinum service we require enough amount of sample to perform the extraction.  For DNA analysis, whole genome amplification of genomic DNA is possible if sufficient sample is not available.

For Gold service we will require enough quantity of DNA/RNA to perform the GeneChip® processing plus additional material to perform a quality check.

It is recommended that you send as much RNA/DNA as possible as this will allow us to repeat any failed samples immediately without your having to obtain new samples or do the extraction again. This is particularly important if you are shipping internationally as losses may occur in transit.  Any samples that fail quality control will NOT be used unless you specifically ask us to proceed with analysis.
