We offer a complete range of services for all types of Affymetrix GeneChips®, from extraction of DNA or RNA, to scanning, using the latest Affymetrix Scanner 3000 7G, which provides consistent scanner-to-scanner performance, improving data integrity.
A whole spectrum of analyses from gene expression profiling to toxicogenomics and whole genome SNP analysis are undertaken. GeneChips® are available for humans and for all common model organisms from Mouse, to C.elegans, including a range of plant species such as Arabidopsis, Rice, Wheat and Cotton.
