Microbial identification using 16S rRNA genes provides a fast and accurate solution. Up to 1448 different bacterial species can be identified with 16S 500 Kit, 1218 bacteria with 16S Fullgene Kit and 1069 fungi  with D2 LSU Kit.  Sequencing reactions are performed using ABI BigDye® V1.1 chemistry.  MicroSeq ID v2.0 software is used for microbial type identification. Microbes can be identified from food, water, drinks, drugs samples, etc.
