Abundant protein depletion -

Plasma Immunodepletion Kits are used to deplete 1-20 high abundance proteins from human plasma or serum for further Proteomic analysis on two-dimensional electrophoresis (2DE).

Enzymatic digestion -

Appropriate proteases like Trypsin and Chymotrypsin digestion can be carried out in gels. Please enquire if you have different Protease enzyme of interest.
